Program details
Referral Program Terms
Effective October 20, 2026. These terms apply to referrals submitted on or after the effective date.
The referred party must be a new Pro Shield customer.
Only qualifying full roof replacement projects are eligible. Insurance-funded projects are welcome.
The referral must be submitted before the prospective customer signs an agreement with Pro Shield.
Only one referral payment is available for a single project. If more than one person refers the same project, the first complete eligible submission received by Pro Shield controls.
The roofing agreement must be signed within 120 days of the referral submission date.
The referral payment equals five percent (5%) of the initial signed agreement value. Later supplements, change orders, upgrades, or added work do not increase the referral payment.
Payment is issued after the qualifying agreement is signed and Pro Shield has received the customer's required initial investment.
The referrer must provide any reasonably requested tax documentation, including a completed Form W-9, before payment. Pro Shield will issue any tax reporting forms required by applicable law.
Pro Shield is not required to contact a referral, provide an estimate, accept a project, or enter into an agreement with the referred party.
Employees of Pro Shield, paid lead-generation providers, and anyone prohibited from accepting a referral payment by law, contract, professional rule, or employer policy are not eligible.
The program applies to qualifying projects within Pro Shield's service area and is void where prohibited.
Pro Shield may change, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time. Eligible referrals submitted before a change will be evaluated under the terms in effect on their submission date.
