Exterior House Painting
Exterior repaints are about prep, not paint. Pro Shield pressure-washes the entire exterior, scrapes and sands every loose edge, primes bare wood and stucco, caulks all movement joints, and applies two full coats of premium acrylic engineered for Colorado UV.
Substrates we paint
Lap siding (wood, fiber cement, hardboard), T1-11, board-and-batten, traditional stucco, EIFS, brick (in select cases), trim and fascia, soffits, garage doors, and front doors.
Color and sample boards
We provide brushed sample boards on your actual substrate so you can see the color in your own light, not under a hardware-store fluorescent. HOA submissions are part of the project for HOA neighborhoods.
