How financing works with Pro Shield

Pro Shield does not lend money. We work with established third-party home improvement lenders who offer fixed-rate installment loans. After we provide a written project quote, you apply with the lender directly, typically online, and a decision is returned the same day. We do not see your credit information.

When financing makes sense

• Out-of-pocket replacement on a roof past useful life with no recent storm damage.
• Insurance deductible on a hail or wind claim.
• Full exterior repaint that was not in the original budget.
• Code-upgrade supplements that the carrier does not pay (rare, but possible).

What we will not do

We will not push financing on a project the homeowner does not need. We will not promise to "absorb" or rebate your insurance deductible into the financed amount. That is insurance fraud in Colorado.
