Hail Damage Roof Repair and Insurance Claims
Hail is part of life on the Front Range. Pro Shield meets your adjuster on the roof, marks and photographs hits to carrier standards, and itemizes code-upgrade supplements your policy already owes. We are local. If a repair fails three years from now, we are still here to fix it.
How a hail claim actually works
A hail event triggers a claim with your insurer. They assign an adjuster who inspects the roof. If damage exceeds the deductible, the carrier issues a scope and ACV (actual cash value) check, then a final RCV (replacement cost value) check after work is completed. Pro Shield handles the scope alignment, supplements, and depreciation release paperwork.
Why local matters more on a claim job
Storm chasers move into Colorado after a major event, run thousands of jobs, and are gone in eighteen months. When the workmanship fails, there is no one local to honor the warranty. Pro Shield is headquartered in Lakewood and answers the same number a year later.
What we will not do
We will not invent damage to push a claim. We will not file on your behalf for a roof that is healthy. We will not promise to waive your deductible (that is insurance fraud in Colorado).
