Pro Shield LLC is a Colorado roofing and residential painting contractor. We are not an insurance company, insurance adjuster, public adjuster, law firm, attorney, or engineering firm. Any insurance-related content on this website, in our communications, or during a project is provided for general educational purposes only.

What we will and will not do
On legitimate hail and wind damage claims, we will meet your insurance carrier's adjuster on the roof, document damage to carrier standards, photograph and measure conditions, write itemized scopes consistent with industry pricing tools (such as Xactimate), and submit supplements where the policy already owes them.
We will not invent damage to inflate a claim. We will not promise to waive, absorb, rebate, or pay any portion of your insurance deductible in exchange for the work. Doing so is a violation of Colorado law (CRS 18-5-211, the deductible-rebate prohibition) and we treat compliance as non-negotiable.
Coverage decisions belong to your carrier
Coverage decisions, claim payments, deductibles, exclusions, depreciation calculations, actual cash value, replacement cost, roof payment schedule endorsements, ordinance and law endorsements, and policy interpretation are determined by your insurance carrier and the terms of your specific policy. Two homes on the same street with the same hail damage can receive very different settlements based on policy language.
For policy questions, coverage interpretation, or claim disputes, you should contact your insurance carrier directly, your licensed insurance agent or broker, the Colorado Division of Insurance, or a licensed attorney.
