Any home improvement financing referenced on our website or during a project is offered by independent third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval, lender terms, fees, and conditions.

Third-party lenders
When financing is referenced on this site or in your project documents, the loan, credit line, or installment plan is issued and serviced by an independent third-party lender. Pro Shield does not approve, deny, fund, service, or set the terms of any financing.
No guarantee of approval, rate, or terms
Approval, interest rates, APR, monthly payment, term length, fees, prepayment options, and promotional periods are determined entirely by the lender based on the homeowner's credit profile, income, debt, and lender criteria. Any rates or payment examples shown on this site are illustrative only and not a guaranteed offer.
Promotional offers
Promotional offers (such as same-as-cash periods, deferred interest, or reduced-rate windows) are set by the lender. Failure to satisfy promotional terms can result in interest charges retroactive to the funding date in some programs. Read the lender's disclosures carefully.
Insurance-funded projects
If your project is funded in whole or part through a homeowner's insurance claim, financing may be used to bridge the deductible portion or pay for upgrades not covered by the carrier. Pro Shield will not finance, rebate, waive, or otherwise pay your insurance deductible in violation of Colorado law (CRS 18-5-211).

Homeowners considering financing should review the lender's disclosures, compare options, and consider speaking with a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or housing counselor before signing.
