Marketing language on this website is descriptive. The binding terms of any warranty are set by the actual written warranty document signed for your project.

Workmanship warranty
Pro Shield's workmanship warranty covers defects in installation that are within our control. The specific length, scope, transferability, and exclusions are set out in the warranty certificate provided with your project documents.
Workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature (hail, wind, lightning, fire), homeowner alterations, third-party work, foot traffic damage, settlement, structural movement, pest damage, or pre-existing conditions disclosed at inspection.
Manufacturer warranties
Asphalt shingle, metal, underlayment, paint, and accessory manufacturers issue their own product or system warranties (for example, GAF Golden Pledge, Owens Corning Platinum Preferred, CertainTeed Integrity Roof System, Sherwin-Williams Lifetime, and similar). Coverage, registration requirements, transferability, and claim procedures are set by the manufacturer and may require enhanced installation methods, certified installers, or product registration.
Pro Shield will explain which system-level enhanced warranty options are available for your project and what they require. We do not control manufacturer warranty decisions.
What the warranty is not
Marketing phrases such as warranty backed, lifetime, or industry leading are descriptive of the program offered, not a substitute for the warranty document. Always review and retain the actual warranty certificate. If a representative makes a verbal warranty promise that is not in the written warranty, the written warranty controls.
How to make a warranty claim
To open a warranty claim, contact Pro Shield LLC at (720) 388-6988 or service@myproshield.com and provide your project address, project date, and a description of the issue. Photos help. We respond to warranty inquiries within five business days during the active service season.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Shield's liability under any warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the workmanship defect in question. Pro Shield is not liable for incidental or consequential damages unless required by Colorado law.
